Freestyle Fridays

Today’s Freestyle Friday comes from Mr. J. Medeiros, formerly of The Procussions. After you listen to the freestyle, make sure you check the video below from his new album Friends Enemies Apples Apples.

I know this video isn’t a freestyle but it was so unique that I had to share it with you guys. The song is Holding On and can be found on Mr. J. Medeiros‘ newest album Friends Enemies Apples Apples.  If Mr. J. looks familiar, it may be that you saw him on Miami Ink.

Happy Boxing Day everyone. I have to admit that Boxing Day doesn’t mean much to me other than there tends to be quite a few matches on the telly. I did run across this free EP from B. Today’s Freestyle Friday comes from freestyle footballers Abbas Farrid and John Farnworth. The video caught my attention because it plays the song, Whoa Whoa! by Soul P. This was the lead off single for his album The Premiere and the original video features former label mate and my friend Willie Will. Both John and Abbas have their own t-shirts from Who Are Ya Designs.
